Research Associate

We are looking for a passionate Research Associate to join our R&D team focused on plant protein innovation. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with plant-based proteins, driving lab-scale optimization, purification, and functional testing to support the development of next-generation food ingredients. What You’ll Do

• Execute lab-scale research for protein isolation and purification.
• Support process development for protein modification and valorization of by-products.
• Perform biochemical analyses and evaluate protein functionality.
• Maintain accurate experiment records and data logs.
• Manage lab equipment calibration and troubleshooting.
• Ensure lab cleanliness, inventory upkeep, and safety compliance.

What You Bring

• M.Sc/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of R&D experience, especially with protein chemistry, grain/cereal processing, or food ingredient development.
• Practical know-how in plant protein purification and downstream processing.
• Proficiency in biochemical analysis and lab instrumentation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaborative skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
