Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Education, Management, Psychology, or related field preferred)
• Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or edtech is a plus
• Excellent communication (English & regional language) and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling phone and in-person counseling
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiarity with higher education systems (India & international) is a bonus

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Educational Counsellor to guide students and parents through the admission process for internationally and nationally accredited Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable Bachelor's & Master's programs based on academic background, interests, and career goals
• Explain course structures, admission processes, scholarships, and university partnerships
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments
• Maintain follow-up communication with leads to ensure conversion
• Achieve monthly targets related to student enrollments and lead conversions
• Coordinate with university partners for application processing and updates
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate student data and notes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
