* Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new
clients through various channels, including direct marketing, networking, and referrals. * Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell Housing Loan and Loan Against Property products to potential customers.
* Documentation & Processing: Assist clients in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
*Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
*Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Education: PUC And Graduation
* Experience: Min 6 Months in sales (HL/LAP), preferably in the HFC sector, with a focus on Housing Loans and Loan Against Property products.
* Skills: Strong communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle; willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field visits.
* Salary: 2.5 to 3.4 LPA
* Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the fixed salary.
