Role & responsibilities The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing the retail sales channels and also responsible for managing direct sales to large investors, where relationship-building skills are important. He will ensure adequate training of all sales staff and that of the channel partners as well as other support staff, to enable quality financial advice and compliance with all regulations. Relationship Manager will also be responsible for interfacing with channel partners and investors to scan and spot emerging market trends as an input to the new product development process. He will also ensure that proper feedback is periodically obtained from channel partners and investors and the same is effectively fed to Investor Servicing for course corrections as and when needed. He will have responsibility for ensuring quality investor servicing at all his branch locations and will need to interface with the investor servicing team for this purpose. He will ensure that all external communications that go from the sales team is factually correct and in compliance with internal procedures and meets all regulatory compliance requirements. He is also the Representative of the Company for his area and will strive to ensure that the Companys image is always upheld and projected in the appropriate manner. “Any other Job as assigned to you by the management from time to time”
