Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in and referred clients, understand their property requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
  
• Build long-term professional relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  
• Arrange and accompany clients on site visits and explain project features confidently.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and handovers.
  
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
  
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and inventory.
  

Candidate Requirements:
