Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, Merchant OD, or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and other financial institutions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in areas such as Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, Merchant OD, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
Experience working with financial institutions, particularly small finance banks or NBFCs, is preferred.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
