1. Education - Full-time HSC or Graduation.
2. Experience - 1+ year of experience in Sales and BD in the insurance industry.
3. Knowledge - In-depth understanding of business context. Understanding of insurance and financial products is an added advantage.
4. Exposure - Familiarity with all types of insurance plans and financial products (Life, Health, Motor)
5. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
6. IT Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
