Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source

  Loan Against Property (LAP)

  customers through field visits, builder networks, and customer references.
• Manage the

  entire sales cycle

  , from lead generation to loan documentation and disbursement.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies and accurate login of files.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships to drive

  repeat and referral business

• Achieve monthly

  login and disbursement targets

  as per business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1year to 3 years of experience in selling

  LAP, Home Loans, or MSME Loans

  .
• Strong passion for

  field sales

  and direct customer interaction.
• In-depth

  local market knowledge

  with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated

  , and customer relationship-focused.
• Good understanding of financial documents and property-related documentation.
• Language proficiency in

  local language

  , Kannada, English, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively.
• CIBIL score must be more than 650

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.
