DIRECT BANK ON-ROLL Relationship Manager (RM) - Retail Agribusiness B2C Job Overview We're seeking experienced Relationship Managers to identify and onboard farmers and small agribusinesses for Kisan Credit Card (KCC) and other agri-loan products.Strong understanding of rural markets, farming practices, and agri-financial products required. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Handling 2. Identify and onboard eligible farmers and agribusinesses 3. Build and maintain strong client relationships 4. Promote and sell retail agri products 5. Achieve loan disbursement and revenue targets 6. Monitor client usage and identify cross-selling opportunities 7. Assist in credit assessments and loan processing 8. Conduct field visits and monitor portfolio quality Requirements 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) 2. Experience: 2-5 years in managing KCC and farm-related loans 3.
