Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct cold calls and presentations to promote products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance products and other financial services.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products, including life insurance and mutual funds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with small finance banks or NBFCs is an advantage.
