We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in relationship management. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and resolve client issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to leverage for business opportunities. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including small finance banking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
