Regional Sales & Marketing executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our customer base, promote our products/services, and contribute to revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Support digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing collaterals like brochures, banners, and ads.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
