As a Regional Sales Manager (West) at HD Fire Protect, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company objectives in West India. Your responsibilities will include visiting clients regularly to finalize orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting with consultants to register and approve our brand in various categories. Collaborating with the sales team, you will be expected to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during sales presentations and meetings. To excel in this role, you must maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the field of fire protection. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, staying updated on the latest product features and advancements will be crucial for representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and services. Your role will also involve keeping track of all the latest projects in the region by discussing with various contractors, consultants, and end users. Gathering information on upcoming projects through regular interactions within the industry will be key to your success. You should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection industry, along with excellent communication, convincing, and negotiating skills. A willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan is required, with mandatory residency in Ahmedabad or Vadodara, Gujarat.
