Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the South Region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, including government agencies, engineering firms, contractors and developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and partners, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions and support project execution.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile


Qualified as B.E. | B Tech Civil and with an MBA, preferably in sales and marketing.

  • Experience in developing solutions in civil / infrastructure projects, negotiating and closing/winning projects with contractors, consultants, and owners.
  • Strong demonstrated network with key accounts and ability to develop good relationship with customer in the Region.
  • Ability to develop and promote internal and external collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and convert to sales major projects.
  • Strong technical acumen is a must for carrying out TECHNO-COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY.
