Technical Qualifications - In depth knowledge on Enterprise IT/Networking/Security/Cloud service business along with IT Hardware business.

Must have technical / professional qualifications Professional Qualifications - MBA from reputed institute


Job Overview -

Looking for an experienced enterprise business professional who will be responsible for driving sales and contribute to the top-line.

The RSM is responsible for understanding the business, single & Most important bearer of Relationship with Enterprise Customer with Ownership of Entire Customer Life Cycle for the assigned Enterprise Customers


Role & responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales strategies tailored to the IT services market & achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they achieve their individual and collective sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their IT needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly review sales performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with the SA team to understand the IT services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients, addressing their specific business challenges.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the company's IT services portfolio through continuous training and professional development initiatives.
  • Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective operations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes, customer engagement, and overall service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13+ years of Sales Management experience
  • Technical Qualifications - In depth knowledge on Enterprise IT/Networking/Security/Cloud service business along with IT Hardware business.
  • Enterprise Solution & Consultative Selling background
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications Professional Qualifications - MBA from reputed institute
  • Ideal candidate should be from SI/OEM/OEM partner background
