Refrigerator Air Dryer Technician

As a Refrigerator Air Dryer Technician at AiroTech Enterprises, located in Gala No.05, Vasai Taluka Industrial Estate, Next to Waliv Police Station, Gauraipada Road, Vasai East, Palghar, Maharashtra401208, India, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing industrial refrigerated air dryers. We are seeking individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include installing, commissioning, and maintaining refrigerated air dryers at client and plant locations, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and refrigeration faults, performing routine maintenance and efficiency checks, reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance schedules, replacing filters, compressors, condensers, valves, thermostats, and other components, ensuring systems operate efficiently, safely, and within specifications, maintaining accurate service logs and documentation, collaborating with service teams, and escalating issues to supervisors while following safety protocols and regulatory standards at all times. To qualify for this position, you should have an ITI certification in Fitter or Refrigeration, at least 13 years of experience servicing refrigerated air dryers or similar equipment, basic knowledge of electrical circuits and control systems, strong mechanical and diagnostic aptitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be physically capable of working in industrial settings. Preferred competencies for this role include familiarity with major refrigerated air dryer brands (e.g., Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, ELGI), an understanding of compressed air and pneumatic systems, and proficiency with testing tools such as multimeters, pressure gauges, leak detectors, etc. The working hours for this position are from 9:00AM to 7:00PM, Monday to Saturday, with availability for emergency or after-hours service calls required.
