Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Personal Banker / PB Sales / PB Classic

Handle customer walk-ins and process transactions
Provide personalized banking solutions and cross-sell retail products
Manage Classic/HNI portfolios with a focus on deepening relationships
Upsell credit cards, FDs, RDs, loans, and insurance

Relationship Manager (RM) / Preferred. RM

Manage a portfolio of retail/HNI customers
Provide end-to-end financial planning and advisory services
Cross-sell wealth products and meet revenue goals
Build long-term banking relationships and ensure high service quality

Branch Sales Manager (BSM)

Lead and mentor the sales team (PB, BSO)
Drive CASA and third-party product sales
Conduct team reviews and drive branch productivity
Plan and execute local sales campaigns

Authorizer( Teller / PB)

Authorize high-value cash and non-cash transactions
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and internal policies
Act as transaction checker and support daily branch operations
Prevent fraud and ensure service accuracy

Walk-In Drive Details

Educational & Experience Certificates

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation or Post-Graduation (any stream)
Relevant experience preferred (1-8 years depending on role)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Banking, Finance, or Sales background is must.
