Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously. Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in BPO hiring recruitment industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, and onboarding. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients (hiring managers), candidates, and internal teams.
