Accountable to build capability for customer account Fraud and Fraud Surveillance (Money Movement, Financial Fraud), manage team and influence global leadership stakeholders. Assess Fraud analytics to identify fraud trends / patterns, investigate suspected fraud and assess impact and leadership communication. Review business transaction behavior to identify suspected frauds. Fraud incidents caused due to (not limited to): o Financial Transaction Fraud o Third party transfer o ACH, Wire transfer o Debit & Credit card Fraud o Account Takeover Fraud o Account Owner Fraud · Liaise with detection and analytics teams to help build out data models needed for fraud analytics. · Capacity planning, Talent Development and Building team to enable 24X7 fraud prevention. Ensure closure of action points from fraud Investigations and present the Incident summary, learnings, new controls and process improvements to the management. Ensure fraud policies, processes and systems are aligned with changing regulatory and business need. - Any experience on advanced analytics models/ tools/ use cases will be an added advantage

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into technical architectures that leverage the power of AI and automation. Key Responsibilities: · Design and architect scalable, secure, and reliable AI and automation solutions on Microsoft Azure. · Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes using .Net Core and Python to demonstrate technical feasibility and business value. · Select, implement, and configure relevant Azure services such as Cognitive Services (including Form Recognizer), Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI Services. · Leverage expertise in Python, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and Generative AI to build intelligent functionalities. · Utilize Generative AI models to create innovative solutions and applications. · Collaborate with engineers, and business analysts to ensure successful project execution. · Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and best practices. · Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, automation, and the Microsoft Azure platform. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). · Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions. · Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. · In-depth knowledge of .NET Core framework and development tools. · Proven experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. · Strong understanding of AI concepts, · Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their applications. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A professional certification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
