The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable at all times. Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the organization’s services. Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or Graduation in any relevant field. Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Fluency in local language(s) and English, Hindi & Bengali. Empathetic attitude with a solution-orientated mindset.
