Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive impression and delivering exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Provide accurate information to callers and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Uphold security protocols by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges when required.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding administrative issues.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
