Job Description

Urgent requirement for Receptionist (Only Female) No. of vacancy: 01 Job Role: Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock up to date. Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager. Receiving visitors. Ensure the entire office is tidy and presentable every day basis. Taking care of housekeeping activities and monitoring quality of work. Helping HR and Admin department to complete assigned tasks as and when required. Any other work as and when required by the HR and Admin department. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
