We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment from customers. Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics, such as delinquency rates and collection efficiency. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with receivables, including fraud and credit risk. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding their accounts. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with receivable management software and systems is an asset. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
