Rebar and Concrete Modeler

As a Rebar and Concrete Modeler at vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company, you will be responsible for creating high-quality deliverables and outputs on schedule. You will work independently to manage assigned tasks, collaborate with project leads and managers to plan project implementation, and produce accurate 3D models for concrete and rebar using Tekla software. Your role will involve carefully studying project documents, identifying missing information and constructability issues, and participating in trade coordination meetings to incorporate changes in the model. You will also be responsible for creating field deliverables like shop drawings, checking the quality of work for accuracy, and communicating with clients regarding project deliverables. Additionally, you will be expected to attend client meetings between 5 PM and 10 PM IST. Other responsibilities include improvising best practice technical and software workflows, training and coaching team members, and researching new features in tools to enhance workflows. To excel in this role, you should be a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and meet deadlines consistently. The desired qualifications include a passion for construction processes, BIM, and construction technology, along with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures or other 3D modeling tools.
