Key Responsibilities: Drive direct sales of ultra-luxury villas to HNIs, NRIs, and elite investors. Utilize and grow your existing network of high-value clients. Attend site visits, client meetings, and manage end-to-end sales negotiations. Create and implement sales strategies for high-value transactions. Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead conversions. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably luxury/residential). Strong network of HNI clients, investors, and real estate brokers. Confident, independent, and excellent in client presentations and communication. Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively across project sites in Himachal Pradesh. Self-driven personality with a strong sense of ownership and result-oriented mindset. Why Join Us?
