Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Real Estate Marketing Executive to manage leasing of retail and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing, excellent market knowledge of the Matunga and surrounding areas, and a proven track record in closing lease deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with prospective tenants for commercial and retail properties.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position properties effectively.
• Manage site visits and property tours with potential clients.
• Maintain and update a database of clients, brokers, and available properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals in coordination with the legal team.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate leads.
• Collaborate with property owners to ensure listings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare leasing reports and MIS on a weekly/monthly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate marketing or leasing (retail & commercial preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, especially the Matunga area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
