React.JS Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining user-facing web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and a seamless user experience. You will collaborate closely with other developers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to create modern web applications using React.js and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Integrate with back-end services and APIs.
• Ensure responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack.
• Work closely with other developers to ensure seamless integration with other systems and platforms.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development and React.js.

Required Skills

• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+.
• Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Node.js or other back-end technologies.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and frameworks such as Next.js.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and version control systems.

Education Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
