React & Next.js Developer with Redux

You are a Frontend Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in React.js and Next.js, responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic web applications. You will be working at WinishTech IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at their office in Janakpuri, New Delhi. WinishTech IT Solutions Pvt. As a Frontend Developer, your key responsibilities will include developing and managing state in web applications using React.js and Next.js, designing UI components with Material UI and Tailwind CSS, collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend developers, optimizing application performance, and contributing to team development best practices through code reviews. To be successful in this role, you must have 1 to 3 years of frontend development experience, proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+), solid experience with Redux, and a strong command of Material UI and Tailwind CSS. Additionally, you should have good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and cross-browser compatibility. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge of TypeScript, experience with state management tools like Zustand and Context API, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience in performance optimization and lazy loading techniques.
