Frontend Engineer React.js Location: Bangalore Experience: 6 - 10yrs Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and maintaining high-performance user interfaces while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability. You will work closely with backend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to build engaging and intuitive web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop new user-facing features and enhance existing ones using React.js with TypeScript and Redux/MobX . Build reusable components and maintain front-end libraries for future scalability. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and accessible code. Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Ensure frontend security best practices to protect user data and maintain a strong security posture. Improve Web Vitals scores to enhance user experience and SEO performance . Maintain high code quality and test coverage using unit tests and integration tests . Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow. Implement modern authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0 and SSO . Utilize modern build tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Webpack, Babel, NPM ). Work with project management tools like JIRA to track and manage development tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript , including DOM manipulation . Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles . Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX . Knowledge of React Router, React Query, and component lifecycle methods . Experience in frontend security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF. Familiarity with ECMAScript specifications and modern JavaScript features. Understanding of isomorphic React is a plus. Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and handling data efficiently. Strong grasp of modern authorization mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, SSO). Hands-on experience with frontend build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, GitHub Actions). Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and accessibility (Web Vitals). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile project management tools (JIRA) .
