What You ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and simulating transistor-level circuits for advanced SRAM and ROM memory arrays, including peripheral circuits and sense amplifiers.
  • Conducting detailed timing, reliability, and variation analyses such as Monte Carlo simulations to ensure robust memory performance under diverse scenarios.
  • Optimizing memory designs for power, performance, and area (PPA) to meet or exceed product requirements and industry standards.
  • Running comprehensive design verification and validation, including margin analysis, Verilog simulation, and liberty checks, to guarantee functional accuracy and manufacturability.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including layout, verification, and product engineering to deliver state-of-the-art memory solutions.
  • Utilizing Linux scripting and programming skills to automate design processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support continuous integration initiatives.
  • Documenting design methodologies, contributing to technical reviews, and supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.

What You ll Need:

  • Solid understanding of CMOS fundamentals and transistor-level circuit design principles.
  • Deep knowledge of SRAM and ROM memory architectures, including array and peripheral circuit design.
