They charge high brokerage and running a huge scam. Nishant who's the owner is behind all these illegal activities. You will be asked to pay a huge sum in the name of premium and all sorts of fake promises will be made. Please buy from genuine property dealer or the builder team directly. Larisa is a huge fraud company.
