Alter and repair garments as needed, ensuring a perfect fit for each customer. Operate industrial sewing machines and other equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure that all products meet design and quality requirements. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment.
