Key Responsibilities: Interpret a broad range of imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, and mammograms (depending on specialty). Perform image-guided procedures such as biopsies, drainages, or joint injections (if applicable). Provide preliminary and final radiology reports in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss findings and ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain compliance with hospital and departmental protocols, policies, and quality assurance initiatives. Participate in peer reviews, case conferences, and continuing education activities. Stay updated with advancements in radiologic technology and medical imaging practices. Supervise or consult with radiologic technologists when needed. May participate in teleradiology or night shift coverage as required. Qualifications: MD degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency in Diagnostic Radiology. Fellowship training in a radiology subspecialty (optional but preferred e.g., neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, breast imaging, etc.). Valid and unrestricted medical license in [State]. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
