Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Area Sales Managers, Field Officers, and Coordinators across the cluster. Drive the end-to-end onboarding of Business Correspondents (BC agents) including sourcing, documentation, KYC, and system activation. Ensure regular training, orientation, and support to newly onboarded agents to help them understand and promote Acemoney’s products effectively. Monitor agent performance metrics such as transactions, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for agent onboarding and transaction volumes. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies during agent onboarding and operation. Collaborate with product and tech teams for issue resolution and product enhancements. Conduct regular audits and field visits to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
