Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Planning & QS department as a Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, quantity take-offs, tendering, and post-contract management to ensure the financial efficiency of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for all project stages.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the construction process.
• Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Assist in preparing and evaluating tenders and contract documents.
• Coordinate with the site team for material reconciliation, progress measurement, and billing.
• Track changes in design and construction work to assess variations and update cost forecasts.
• Maintain records of contract documents, payments, and claims.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
