Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time off-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in Gurugram.

Knowledge of Software's - Mainly
AutoCAD, CalQuan, Auto Plotter & Road Estimator.
CalQuan/Auto Plotter
is Mandatory.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and monitoring construction costs, managing project finances, preparing tender documents, and ensuring projects meet quality and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in construction cost estimation and project budget management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Relevant certifications in Quantity Surveying would be beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field

Experience

7 - 16 yrs.

Salary

77K - 143K per month as per experience
