Quality Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Process Knowledge of ORT Testing REL -Mechanical & Environmental Testing , Failure
analysis (FA), Final Assembly Test Process (FATP), and Equipment Maintenance (EQ). Strong communication and leadership skills for effective team management. Proficient in PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) methodology for test scheduling and execution. Effective collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) and support teams. Hands-on experience in Failure Analysis using equipment such as CT Scan, X-ray, Microscope, Multi meter, Oscilloscope, and PCB inspection tools. Knowledge of SAP for managing internal and external audits and inventory control. Project management skills for customer interactions and meeting presentations. Proficient in preparing reports using PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and executing REL calibration and testing according to SOPs. Experience in equipment maintenance, downtime management, line bring-up, and vendor management. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the preparation of checklists and SOP. Should know the Incoming quality control lab process in any EMS industry Strong knowledge about the 4m analysis and review the FACA Collaborating with teams to Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address quality issues. Providing training and support to production teams to improve their quality control skills and knowledge Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
