Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Establish and monitor quality control standards.
Ensure that the quality plan is adequate and sampling plan is enough to ensure the defect deduction.
Work closely with production manager/other department to help close CAPA in time, analyse detect to arrive at the right root cause , correct timely curative actions , corrective & preventive actions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share information and implement improvements to products , process & procedures.
Keeping & maintain the customer sample & counter sample.
Prepare SOPs for Each product for defect free production.
Daily report of Final & Stage QC .
Regular meeting with Respective CRM to understand the customer requirement.
Preparing Dispatch report.
Regular meeting with QA Team to maintaining the quality as per company standard.
Ensured the calibration of the measuring tool of whole unit.(Vernier.Micrometer,Weightler).
Analyze requirements and perform technical calculations and supporting designs.
Preparing Quality Inspection reports.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical Engineer
2+ years of relevant work experience
Good verbal communication skills and conflict management skills
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools.
Must have knowledge of 5S and Industrial safe practices.
