Quality Assurance Tester

As a Full-Stack QA Tester at Resolute Enterprises/Etome located in Changanassery, Kottayam, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and seamless user experience of our diverse ecosystem of Flutter and Kotlin applications, Android-based E Ink devices, React.js web portals, and Django backend. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end testing process, covering mobile apps, custom hardware, web portals, and backend APIs and databases. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to plan, execute, and document test strategies, ensuring that all components of our solution meet the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve testing the gesture responsiveness, latency, and touch interactions of Flutter and Kotlin-based apps on E Ink Android devices, as well as validating features across different dashboard roles and ensuring UI/UX consistency and error-free navigation. Key Responsibilities - Mobile App Testing: Conduct thorough testing of Flutter and Kotlin-based apps on E Ink Android devices, validate gesture responsiveness, latency, and touch interactions, and perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. - Web Portal Testing: Test the responsiveness and browser compatibility of React.js-based web portals, validate dashboard features for Admin, Teacher, and Student roles, and ensure UI/UX consistency and error-free navigation. - API & Backend Testing: Test and validate REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger, and ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services. - General QA Activities: Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and bug reports, log and track issues, collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify fixes, and prepare release readiness and smoke testing reports. Required Skills & Experience - 2+ years of experience in QA roles, with proficiency in manual and integration testing. - Hands-on experience testing Flutter and Native Android (Kotlin) apps. - Experience testing responsive React.js-based web portals. - Proficiency in API testing using Postman and API debugging. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with development and product teams.
