Quality Assurance Lead - Automation/Manual Testing

You are a highly experienced QA Lead with a solid background in the Banking Domain (or Fintech with deep banking knowledge), aiming to drive Quality Assurance efforts. With 10 years of expertise in software testing and quality assurance, your role involves defining, implementing, and supervising the end-to-end QA process for various banking applications. You will be leading a team of QA engineers, strategizing tests, promoting automation initiatives, and ensuring that our applications adhere to rigorous quality, regulatory, and security standards essential in the financial sector. This permanent position is based in Gurgaon, Sector-44. Your key responsibilities include overseeing Quality Assurance (QA) efforts across multiple concurrent banking projects and application teams. You will be tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases, managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, driving automation initiatives, overseeing performance testing, monitoring QA metrics, and contributing to QA process improvement. To qualify for this role, you need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 10 years of overall experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Testing. You should have expertise in both manual and automation testing, familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium, API automation tools such as Rest Assured/Postman, performance testing tools like JMeter, and testing lifecycle management tools like Jira, ALM, or TestRail. A solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to compliance with industry regulations and security best practices are also required for this role.,
