Objective: To meet the growing needs of the unit. Job profile: Handling Raw materials & Packing materials Incoming Inspection Taking care of in Process inspection & Testing ( kettle release & Final release) Periodic maintenance of laboratory Instruments ( including AMC) Handling the process of analysis of samples received from outside Customer concerns and carrying out appropriate Corrective & Preventive action Overall supervision of the Quality Assurance activities Training and development of subordinates in the quality department. Skills & personal attributes: a) High degree of initiative, innovativeness and leadership qualities. b) Conversant with latest quality management techniques. c) Should be a good motivator, dynamic with excellent communication skills. d) Should have exposure to ERP based system, preferably SAP. e) Should be systems oriented. Desired: Should have experience in QA and R& D of any reputed medium sized professionally managed batch process industry. Posses hands on experience in Testing & Analysis as per International standard (ASTM/DIN etc.) is desirable. Candidates with brilliant academic record and experience in QA of any Petrochemical/ lubricant manufacturing industry will have an added advantage. Expose to ISO system TQM is desirable
