Quality Associate - Hardware Testing

As a Quality Associate Hardware Testing at IDCUBE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our embedded hardware products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing, validate embedded systems, and oversee product certification processes to meet industry standards. Your expertise in hardware, firmware, and electronic circuit testing will be essential in identifying and troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues through rigorous testing methodologies. You will also be responsible for developing automated hardware testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy, defining test plans, test cases, and validation criteria, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure early defect identification. In addition, you will ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and environmental standards, maintain quality documentation, track test results, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality assurance. Your strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in testing tools, and ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment will be critical in enhancing product quality and performance. If you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in hardware testing, along with a deep understanding of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and product certification processes, we invite you to join our dynamic team at IDCUBE.
