As a Quality and Process Excellence Lead at Wipro, your role involves spearheading process excellence initiatives and driving improvement projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for implementing benchmarking and best practices across various accounts, identifying process gaps, and enhancing efficiency in business processes. Proactively addressing potential customer dissatisfaction drivers and collaborating with customers and operations leadership to identify and implement improvement opportunities are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will lead projects aimed at enhancing process profitability and ensure governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives in large engagements. To excel in this role, you must cultivate a culture of process improvement by leveraging tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Standardization practices and strict compliance with internal and client-defined processes are essential to maintain quality standards. Meeting all process metrics and leading consulting assignments to deliver business value through quality initiatives are key responsibilities of this position. The ideal candidate should possess mandatory skills in Delivery Assurance with 5-8 years of experience in the field.
