Job Description

Job Summary:

Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate product/service quality across the workflow.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
Collaborate with development, support, and operations teams to resolve quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in creating and maintaining QA documentation and reports.
Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and guidelines.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks.
Participate in audits and process reviews as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
Hands-on experience with quality analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
