Our Company is looking for Quality Control Incharge.

Company Description:

Ceramat Private Limited is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of nano hydroxyapatite

and thermal spray grade hydroxyapatite.

Responsibilities:

· Knowledge / operation of XRD

. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.

· Devise and review specifications for products or processes Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.

· Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.

· Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements.

· Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.

· Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.

· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures.

· Coordinates the relevant Tracking Systems for the correct identification of materials.

· Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes.

• Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.

· Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.

• Perform the gap analysis and address the observation with effective CAPA.
• Handling OOS and OOT.
• Preparation of Audit compliance report and effective implementation of same.
• Handle the training in the QC Department.

· To conduct analysis and testing of RM/PM/FG/actives and intermediates with the help of analytical instruments and techniques.

Understanding the Requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS)

Experience:

4 to 5 years experience

Minimum Qualifications:

M.Sc./ M. Pharma / B.Tech/ M. Tech with relevant experiance in Pharma or chemical field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
