QA Tester

Hyvikk Solutions is seeking a dedicated QA Tester to join our team. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by conducting thorough manual testing and collaborating closely with developers to resolve any issues that arise. Please note that we are currently only considering applications from local candidates in Bhavnagar. Your responsibilities will include analyzing requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases, executing manual testing for web and mobile applications to identify bugs, documenting test results, and reporting defects with detailed steps for reproduction. Additionally, you will work hand in hand with the development team to ensure timely resolution of bugs and perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to guarantee that the software meets user expectations and industry standards. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. While freshers are welcome to apply, up to 6 months of experience is preferred. You must have a strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in documenting test cases, test results, and bug reports is essential, and familiarity with bug-tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent is a plus. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of basic SQL queries for database testing, experience in testing Web applications, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
