Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality control inspections at various stages of manufacturing, including incoming inspection, inward inspection, final inspection, and inprocess inspection.
Ensure compliance with ASME standards and third party inspection requirements.
Perform visual examinations using techniques such as NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods like UT (Ultrasonic Testing), RT (Radiography Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
Develop and implement quality engineering solutions to optimize production efficiency while maintaining high-quality products.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in QA/QC or related field from the manufacturing industry.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or relevant discipline; ASNT Level II certification preferred.
Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and material properties.
Proficiency in performing visual examinations using various NDT methods.
