Title : QA Lead Location : Remote/Work from Home Mandatory Skills : 7+ years in testing, with minimum 2-3 years in a lead/managerial role Role Overview : We are looking for QA Lead to drive quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and API-based applications. This role involves hands-on testing, leading QA initiatives, and mentoring team members in both manual and automation testing. Education : BE/BTech/MCA Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution for multiple projects - Manage and mentor QA team members - Drive automation framework development for UI, API, and mobile testing - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables - Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking (Jira), and reporting Mandatory Skills : - Manual Testing : Web applications, REST APIs, Mobile apps - Programming/Scripting : Core Java, JavaScript/TypeScript - UI Automation : Selenium, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Playwright - API Automation : Postman, Rest Assured - Mobile Automation : Appium Tools : GitHub, Jira
