This role involves hands-on testing, leading QA initiatives, and mentoring team members in both manual and automation testing. Education: BE/BTech/MCA Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end testing strategy and execution for multiple projects - Manage and mentor QA team members - Drive automation framework development for UI, API, and mobile testing - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables - Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking (Jira), and reporting Mandatory Skills: - Manual Testing: Web applications, REST APIs, Mobile apps - Programming/Scripting: Core Java, JavaScript/TypeScript - UI Automation: Selenium, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Playwright - API Automation: Postman, Rest Assured - Mobile Automation: Appium - Tools: GitHub, Jira
