- Checking motors before dispatch as per drawings and customer requirements and submission of check sheets and material reports to customer for dispatch clearance.
- Escalation to production department for any issues observed during pre-dispatch inspection.
- New component development as per drawing and specification. Validation of the component before vendor approval and witnessing to customer.
- Incoming material inspections of the components. For any deviations or rejections escalation to vendors and non-conformity management by CAPA method.
- Discussion with Customer engineering team for clarifications in drawings and specifications related to the product.
- Quality instruments handling and measurements of the components.
- Preparing documents in MS office for data presentation to customer or company top management.
- Preparation of welding, brazing and painting operator qualification reports.
- Understanding of ISO standards for material test reports verification.
- Stator and shaft machining CMM measurements like GD& T parameters and other dimensions.
PFMEA and Control plan
8D methodology
AutoCAD 2D & Siemens NX 3D modelling
Siemens Team center and BC-365 applications
CMM 3D measurements by MITUTOYO machine
BE (Mech) & 10 to 15 Years similar experience in Electrical Motors /Generators OEMs
